Approach

Get new impulse - grow stronger - feel whole.

Changes in our condition from feeling really well to being unwell and/or getting sick often result from a variety of factors. Our way of life and various habits can be mighty underlying factors.

Many patients can benefit from small but significant changes in order to get the ball rolling and to noticeably improve their condition. If we manage to turn a fresh impulse into a new habit, this can make us feel better in a sustainable way. I will be happy to accompany you on your way.

Homeopathy and nutritional therapy are basic pillars in my practice. My additional training as a psychological counselor makes it possible to look at the emotional component of your condition and to work with it.

Your therapy with me starts with taking your medical history. This means that I listen to your concerns and symptoms, so that I can understand your condition as fully as possible. If necessary, a physical examination can follow. Please calculate about 1 1/2 hours for our first appointment. On this basis, we develop an individual holistic therapy for you, which aims at stabilizing your body, mind and soul.

Elements that can be included in the therapy depending on the case

   - Homeopathic prescription

   - Recommendations for your diet

   - Ideas on how to bring movement into your life

   - Exercises for relaxation / mindfulness.

In some situations, a conventional medical examination may be necessary in addition.

I believe it is important that naturopathic and conventional medical therapies can work together - in the sense of a complementary integrative medicine. Both departments can support each other.

I work with appointments, so normally, you will not have to wait. It is therefore important that you meet these appointments on time, and, if you cannot come, cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

My path to naturopathy

After A-levels, I studied English and French at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg. After graduation (M.A.), I worked for the French-German Youth Exchange Office in Paris and then as assistant at the ICC in Frankfurt.

Due to my husbands postings, our family spent ten years abroad. I very much enjoyed the privilege to experience life in Russia, Canada and Greece.

In 2005 and 2007 my children were born. This was the time when my interest in naturopathy started growing and lead to my decision to train as an alternative practitioner (Heilpraktikerin).
