Fresh grain dish - recipe


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cereal per person (eg spelled, rye, millet ... single or mixed)
stir with a little tap water and let it swell overnight.

In the morning:
  • Rub 1 apple into it
  • plus a few drops of lemon juice
  • Stir in 2 teaspoons cream
  • Garnish with other seasonal fruits according to your taste: raspberries, pineapple, banana ...
  • chopped or ground nuts: almonds, walnuts, coconut ... sprinkle over it - enjoy!
