Fresh grain dish - recipe
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cereal per person (eg spelled, rye, millet ... single or mixed)
stir with a little tap water and let it swell overnight.
In the morning:
- Rub 1 apple into it
- plus a few drops of lemon juice
- Stir in 2 teaspoons cream
- Garnish with other seasonal fruits according to your taste: raspberries, pineapple, banana ...
- chopped or ground nuts: almonds, walnuts, coconut ... sprinkle over it - enjoy!
