Wok-Vegetables

Colorful and infinitely variable: 


Take vegetables at taste and season and fry in olive oil with onion, garlic and ginger in a large pot / wok, with a little water or vegetable broth. 

Done, when the vegetables start to soften, but still have some crisp. 

Goes with bread, rice or pasta.
