Christmas -Surprise yourself with a new habit!
Christmas, New Year ... for many of us this is the time to reflect the past and to prepare for the new adventures ahead.
Pangs of conscience? Not enough exercise, not enough healthy meals, not enough outreach to friends? ... Again. And again, a whole year went!
Don't let these thoughts bother you. What has been, has been.
Rather take the opportunity and treat yourself to a new,
a G O O D new habit.
Here are some ideas:
- Open the window in the morning, feel the fresh air on your skin and take three deep breaths.
- In the afternoon, eat a crunchy, juicy apple. Bite for bite.
- Take a relaxing foot bath in the evening before bedtime. With your favorite scent.
There are countless possibilities for healthy habits.

And do it every day (no stress - if you forget it, just do it the next day
;-) In the beginning, this can be difficult - until it has become a habit!
These little time-outs help us. They make us stop and, for the moment, prevent us from checking our cell phone, putting our hand in the candy jar or pressing the remote control. This small interruption of the familiar pattern makes it possible to create something new and wonderful.
